Absolutely the BEST customer service received from A.J. At Best Electric. He was very informative and gave great suggestions for my problem with my kitchen lights. I could only give 5 stars but he certainly warranted 10! I will highly recommend Best Electric to anyone that may need an electrician.

I visited this place in person and very glad I did it. The lady at the front desk was very nice, knowledgeable and willing to help. She setup an appointment for the very next day. The technician, Manuel, showed up on time, he was fast an accurate and completely solved my electric problem. I'm just a happy customer highly recommending Best Electric.

My first contact (BEST Electric) to discuss my 100 year old wiring was with the service manager Ashton Hall. He was concerned with with my fear of an electrical fire. After he went into my attic he sent me a detailed quote (Senior Discount) I hired BEST Electric to do the work. Two men arrived on time, 1) Journeyman Foreman: Travis 2) Apprentice (High level): Eugenio Outstanding teamwork, These two men have heart, I feel like they working for me and not just the company. I want to recognize Travis for over and above service. (crying) I told Travis my grandson Luke wants to be an electrician and that his father (My son) has recently passed away. Travis took time to explain some details of the trade, hints and tips to Luke. The compassion Luke and i (Grandpa) was felt by both these outstanding Men, BEST ELECTRIC is my favorite electrical business and Travis and Eugenio are my favorite electricians.
